Pumpkin Spice Latte

There is nothing better than a pumpkin spice latte on of cool fall day, except maybe a “home-made” pumpkin spice latte. My super sweet cousin made me a mason jar full of pumpkin spice creamer for my birthday a couple of weeks ago and I loved it so much that I wanted to find a recipe of my own. So here is what you do:

14 Ounces of Half and Half
1/4 Cup of Syrup (Maple of Other)
1- 14 Ounce Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
5 Tablespoons of canned Pumpkin
1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon (topping)
1 Teaspoon of Whipped Cream (topping)

Beat the Pumpkin, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Vanilla, and Syrup into a small amount of the Half and Half. Heat that mixture in the a small sauce pan over low heat on the stove until thoroughly blended and warmed.

Then pour into a large plastic container or mason jar (my favorite), add the remaining Half and Half and the Sweetened Condensed Milk and shake it until your heart is content.

Add the Creamer to your coffee and top with the Whipped Cream and Cinnamon and Enjoy!

Store it in the fridge and it should last until the date on your Half and Half. You will probably need to shake it really good before you add it to your coffee each time.
